Where a walk involves public transport it is advisable to check the train or bus times beforehand. A packed lunch will be needed unless stated otherwise.

|Details added. Meet at Stoops Bridge Car park near Abbeystead, Lancashire, about 15 minutes of the M6. SD 56398 54321, at 10:15.|
This walk will take in some of the Wyre way, Tarnsyke Clough, Ward Stones, Grit fell and Jubiliee Tower. It is about 12 miles with 550m of ascent. There is a possibility of a meal afterwards in The Fleece in in Dolphinholme, let me know if you are interested a week before the walk, and I will see if I need to book.
