A 10 mile easy to moderate walk via reservoirs & moorland, calling in at the ‘Our Cow Molly’ ice cream parlour. Starting point, Low Bradfield next to the cricket ground, by the Postcard café. On road parking or small car park behind the cricket ground. Meet 10:15 for a 10:30 start.

Walking from Bowden Bridge car park, Hayfield (free parking by the side of the road), just up the road and opposite to the camp site (SK22 2LE, GR 048869). Route goes from Hayfield up William's Clough, along the edge of Kinder on the Pennine Way via Kinder Downfall, and back down to Hayfield. Steep climb up to the top of Kinder. Tea at Rosie Lee's afterwards. Meet 10.15 for a 10.30 prompt start. Approx. 8 miles moderate.

Meet at Castleton car park for a 10:30 start. Walking through Cave Dale to Sparrowpit then via the No Car Café back to Castleton. 10 miles moderate.

Meet at Castleton village car park 10:15 for a 10:30 start. The walk is a 14 mile moderate walk from Castleton going via Bradwell and Abney Moor, returning via Little Hucklow and the Limestone Way.
Saturday 5 September 2020LIMESTONE WAYLeader: Marie
A walk along the Limestone Way from Bonsall, taking in Winster, Darley Bridge and Matlock. Moderate walk approx. 11 miles.  Could be muddy in parts! Meet at Bonsall village, by the monument adjacent the café, opposite the playground GR 281 582 – park on the street or up the side road for 10.30am prompt start.

Meet at the Birchen Clough layby on the A57 just north of the Snake Inn approx. grid ref SK109915 10:15 for a 10:30 prompt start. Going down the Ashop Valley before climbing onto the northern edge of the Kinder plateau, walking via Fairbrook Naze and returning down the Ashop Valley. Approx. 11 miles moderate with one steep climb.

A 10 mile easy walk going via Sheldon, Great Shacklow Wood, Monsal Dale, Little Longstone. 2060 feet of ascent. There will be a tea shop at the end. Starting at 10:30 from the main car park in Bakewell next to the stone bridge.

A 10.75 mile walk with 850ft ascent. Meet at 10:15 for a 10:30 start in the main (Woodcroft) car park at Longshaw. (There is a new temporary tea shop and toilets). If you can’t find a space please park in the Wooden Pole car park. We will be walking past this so just text and let me know you are there and we will meet you. Parking is free for National Trust members otherwise is £5. Booking is not required. There is free parking at Fox House.

Walking from the layby opposite the Cat & Fiddle pub on A537 Macclesfield to Buxton road, GR 001719. Route covers Cumberland Brook, Wildboarclough, Three Shires Head and Danebower Hollow. Peak View Tearoom afterwards. Meet 10.15 for a 10.30 start. Approx. 9 miles moderate.

A 10 mile moderate walk starting at 10.30 from Bamford railway station. Via Bamford Edge to Cutthroat bridge, Ladybower pub and then on the Thornhill trail back to Bamford station.

Route includes an initial climb along the Gritstone Trail, Jenkin Chapel, Lamaload and along the Kerridge Ridge to White Nancy. Farm Made Tearooms afterwards. Meet at the Pool Bank Car Park (free parking!), Palmerston Street, Bollington, 10am for a 10.15 prompt start. Approx. 11-12 miles moderate.
