A figure-of-eight walk starting by the Winkle Brewery. Park by the side of the road near the bridge (SK11 0QE, GR965651). Route goes onto Bosley Minn via the Gritstone Trail, then Winkle, Danebridge and Gradbach Wood, with an opportunity to visit the brewery at lunchtime. Pub (The Ship Inn) afterwards: they do tea and a limited amount of cake! Meet 10.15 for a 10.30 start. Approx. 12 miles moderate.

A walk through Dunham Massey park to Lymm Dam. Approx. 12 miles, fairly flat. Meet in Dunham Massey NT P&D car park for a 10:30 prompt start.
Saturday 17 August 2019GAWSWORTH & MACCLESFIELD CANALLeader: Dave
Meet for a 10:30 prompt start on the road just past Gawsworth Church. The walk is approx. 10 miles through the Cheshire countryside and along Macclesfield Canal.

Our hike will start from Beeston Castle car park, pay and display £3, bring change. It will be around 9 miles taking in the Peckforton Hills and surrounding area. There may be a tea shop stop during or at the end of the hike if open.
Saturday 28 September 2019BOLLINGTON, KETTLESHULME AND LYME PARKLeader: Julian
A Footprints walk as part of the Bollington Walking Festival. Meet at 9:45 for a 10:00 start at the Pool Bank car park in Bollington (free) SJ938779. The walk goes via White Nancy, Lamaload Reservoir, into Lyme Park and return along the Macclesfield Canal. 15 miles strenuous.
Saturday 25 January 2020LYME PARKLeader: Dave
The walk will follow the Gritstone trial up into Lyme Park via The Cage and up to the Bow Stones before descending back into Lyme Park. Possible tea stop at the National Trust café.
Meet at Disley Station for a 10:30 prompt start. 8-10 miles, moderate.
Saturday 22 February 2020ERWOOD VALLEY AND SHINING TORLeader: Julian
A 10 mile moderate walk alongside Fernilee and Erwood reservoirs, then climbing the ridge to Cats Tor and Shining Tor - the highest point in Cheshire. Tea shop at the end. Meet 10:15 for a 10:30 start in the lay-by opposite the Cat & Fiddle pub on the A537 between Buxton & Macclesfield.
